The hotel's location is convenient to hotspots and good restaurants, including walking distance to James Street & Fortitude Valley. Yet, the service, including quick responses to requests, remains commendable.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room had some cleanliness issues with mold and an unpleasant smell, although the second room I was moved to was better. The service was generally friendly and helpful, especially with local recommendations. The location was great for both work and leisure, near many dining options. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with repetitive and lacking choices in the breakfast. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.

The hotel had nice and spacious rooms, but it was disappointing that there were no table and chairs on the balcony. The room was clean, well set up with all the basics needed, and had enough space in the fridge for our drinks.
